Federal – Trump Revokes Ethics Executive Order
President Trump has revoked the executive order signed by President Biden setting forth ethics and lobbying rules for appointees without signing a replacement. Consequently, these appointees are now only subject to previously existing restrictions applicable to their Departments and offices.
