Idaho – Legislature Changes Lobbying Definition Before Adjourning Sine Die
Before adjourning April 4th, the Idaho Legislature passed House Bill 398 that changed the definition of lobbying to include both direct and indirect efforts to influence covered officials. The bill becomes effective July 1.
