New York – New Filing Requirements Challenged
A lawsuit was filed this month against the New York Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government challenging a new regulation that came into effect December 1, 2024 requiring high-ranking internal employees of lobbying clients to submit all lobby reports and filings.
