OHIO – CHALLENGE TO OVERTURN COORDINATED PARTY EXPENDITURE LIMITS STRUCK DOWN
The Sixth Circuit has struck down an appeal to overturn federal limits on a political parties’ expenditure in campaign contributions, citing the U.S. Supreme Court, instead of them, must be the one to overturn a 2001 Supreme Court precedent that originally upheld the expenditure limit.
